These booking policies apply only to reservations made directly through the Vintage Estate website. They do not apply to reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, VRBozeman, Booking.com, or any other booking channel.
Reserve your stay through our linked direct-booking pages. Review the payment schedule, cancellation deadlines, and refund terms displayed for your selected accommodation and dates before completing your reservation.
Cancellations & refunds
Direct bookings canceled by the guest are subject to a 5% cancellation processing charge on payments being refunded. This charge is deducted from an otherwise eligible refund; it does not create refund eligibility outside the cancellation terms accepted at booking.
The cancellation window and any additional cancellation penalty are those shown in your booking terms. Existing reservations retain the terms accepted when booked.
Cleaning fees & taxes
Review the cleaning fee, applicable taxes, and total price during checkout. Their treatment following cancellation is governed by your booking terms and applicable requirements.
Date changes
Contact Jen to request a change. Availability, rates, and any applicable change terms must be confirmed before a revised reservation is accepted.
Bookings through other platforms
Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, VRBozeman, Booking.com, or another booking channel are governed by the terms accepted through that channel. The policies on this page, including the 5% cancellation processing charge, do not apply to those reservations. Contact the channel or the manager identified in your confirmation for assistance.
Gatherings
Any gathering requires advance written approval. Reserving overnight accommodation does not by itself authorize an event. Contact Jen to discuss your plans and any separate terms.
