Rouse House · Established 1881A Place with
Provenance.
Built in 1881 as the family home of Daniel E. Rouse, Rouse House has a direct connection to Bozeman’s beginnings. In 1864, Rouse joined John Bozeman and William J. Beall in laying out the townsite. He later reserved this corner parcel for his home.
Owners Jodi and Dan are native Montanans with family roots in the state spanning multiple generations. Their passion for health, wellness, and thoughtful living shapes the care they bring to Vintage Estate.
They devoted more than four years to restoring Rouse House, including the addition of a full basement beneath the existing structure. With Jodi guiding the interiors and Dan leading construction, their work brought historic character and contemporary comfort into a new chapter.

cared-for home.
For Jodi and Dan, a passion for health and wellness extends to the everyday details of the home. Wherever practical, they choose cleaning products, linens, and personal-care essentials with the aim of reducing unnecessary chemical exposure. Thoughtful choices from brands including Blueland, Branch Basics, Quince, and Kettle Care reflect that approach.
Products may vary. If you have allergies, fragrance sensitivities, or specific product needs, please discuss them with Jen before booking.
